The lady receptionist called Galia Dobrovna was the most helpfull person from Albena. She was verry nice and smiley all the time. You can not find easy a smiley person in Albena.Any way, if they will improve the food menu, they can beat very eassily Gergana Hotel. Is second time when I had spent my hollyday at Mura.
Restaurant staff verry unfriendly.Rooms not clean smelly bathroom.

Our family had a great time at a hotel located right on the beach! the room was clean and spacious with a stunning view of the sea. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist us. the breakfast had a decent selection, and the food was consistently good. We enjoyed the BBQ menu and ice creams as well. There were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available for us to enjoy on the beach, especially down the beach to the left. the room also had many facilities such as a spacious bathroom and a lovely balcony with lots of room.
There was one safety issue that concerned us.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to the beach. We got a room which had a great sea view. It was lovely to hear the crashing of the waves at night. The room was basic but clean. The size was ok, the bathroom was a good size and of acceptable standard. The general facilities were good. Our daughter especially enjoyed the children's pool at the neighbouring Gergana Hotel. Although the hotel was full, the beach was never crowded and it was possible to find free beach chairs and umbrellas at any time of day. Overall, it was good value for money given the location and the easy access to the beach.
Although the all inclusive arrangement was comfortable and practical, the food was a little bit bland, and after a few days we got bored with it. There could have been more variety, not just the same things every day. Also, some of the food was difficult to get hold of as there was a queue to get them (E.G. pancakes in the morning, roasted meats, and the pizza slices at the snack bar). There should have been more kinds of fruit, not just melons and peaches. Also the desserts were the same every day.

Cleaning services, but can be improved(if you leave tip to mariana, will take care of everything...not in my case).Places for kids to play, indoor pool(but too much Cl ).
Fruits and Cakes was everyday the same. No toilet access when the restaurant is closed. Maybe they will close access doors to restaurant and leave toilet from the entrance to costumer use.

You can rest very well, it's silence; you can stay and do nothing. I like the swimming pools.
I requested a double bad I received a bad made from 2 separates bads put together; One of the cushions wasn't comfortable; it was too soft or too used. One of the walls showed some damp. There are too many cars parked near hotels (not enough parking lots); as a pedestrian you can not use the footway.

we enjoyed the location, the hotel is located directly on the beach and we were also able tu use the big pool of hotel gergana
food wasn't really good, seeing other guests almost fight over it, didn't make it better either. sheets and towels were poorly changed. staff was rather unfriendly. we had to call the reception and go personally there 4 times in one day just to have our towels and bedsheets changed, which was then made around 11.30 pm. we were there for one week; three nights during this week, from 11 pm til 5 am we did not have any running water. there was also no running water during two afternoons. i don't think that there's anyone who can enjoy that, thinking you can't even use the toilet because you can't flush afterwards, not to speak about taking a shower when you come back from the beach or a walk later in the evening.
